The Hunter|Johnsen team had the privilege of collaborating with Salt Marketing and Fairmont Hot Springs Resort to design a brochure for their Mountainside Vacation Villas business plan. This initiative aimed to expand the resort’s offerings by introducing vacation villas that combined the comforts of home with the resort’s signature amenities. The goal was to provide an elevated guest experience while generating additional, sustainable revenue growth.

The project began with an analysis to understand the target audience and identify key trends in vacation rental properties. This research formed the foundation of a creative strategy tailored to the resort’s goals and needs of its clientele.
