Fairwinds Community and Resort is a premier, oceanfront, masterfully planned residential community set within the spectacular coastal environment of central Vancouver Island. The Fairwinds team approached Hunter|Johnsen with a need for a refresh to all their communications materials – everything from their real estate offerings, 18-hole golf course, and wellness club, to their full service marina.
The overall brand was refreshed, e-Newsletter and Newsletter templates were designed, Brochures and Rack Cards were created for the various divisions, and Outdoor Billboards and Tourism Visitor Guide and Magazine Print Ads were also developed.
